She attained the pocketwatch at a young age, and it can't be used by anyone other than her. Whenever she dies, she reawakens in another timeline where she's alive.

Due to witnessing tragic events across various timelines, she has become a jaded person. She dislikes wasting time in conversation and tends to be short and direct with her words. She uses knowledge attained from other timelines in order to influence people the way she wants.

Works as a government official. She uses her position to freely investigate and further her goals.
